Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Secretarial Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Organize and follow up on key internal and external engagements.
- Draft internal notes, summaries, and communications as needed.
Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Support smooth coordination between departments, ensuring timely flow of information.
- Track key action items and ensure regular follow-ups across functional teams.
- Prepare and organize key documents, reports, and presentations.
Strategic & Program Support
- Assist in reviewing progress across key initiatives and projects.
- Support integration of cross-functional inputs for strategic reviews.
- Help in synthesizing data and drafting reports to support CEO’s decision-making.
Documentation & Communication
- Develop decks and communication materials for internal and external use.
- Maintain documentation for key meetings, decisions, and priorities.
- Help ensure consistency in messaging and tone in organizational communication.
Project Management
- Track deliverables and progress across ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and maintain agility in shifting priorities.
