Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Secretarial Support
  • Provide day-to-day support to the CEO including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
  • Organize and follow up on key internal and external engagements.
  • Draft internal notes, summaries, and communications as needed.
 
Coordination & Internal Alignment
  • Support smooth coordination between departments, ensuring timely flow of information.
  • Track key action items and ensure regular follow-ups across functional teams.
  • Prepare and organize key documents, reports, and presentations.
 
Strategic & Program Support
  • Assist in reviewing progress across key initiatives and projects.
  • Support integration of cross-functional inputs for strategic reviews.
  • Help in synthesizing data and drafting reports to support CEO’s decision-making.
 
Documentation & Communication
  • Develop decks and communication materials for internal and external use.
  • Maintain documentation for key meetings, decisions, and priorities.
  • Help ensure consistency in messaging and tone in organizational communication.
 
Project Management
  • Track deliverables and progress across ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and maintain agility in shifting priorities.
